2. Proposing options for arranging the tables in the hall based on the number of guests, while leaving the choice to the event hosts.

3. Arranging the seating of the guests at the tables based on the request of the event hosts, in consultation and coordination with them.

4. Receiving the guests, ensuring that each invitee, upon arrival, receives a card guiding them to their designated seating area.

5. The possibility of escorting guests to their designated seats.

6. Providing a detailed and summarized list of attendees for the organizers of the event.

7. Sending thank-you messages to the attendees on the day following the event on behalf of the hosts.
